The Ecology Scoping Survey is a useful tool for assessing likely issues at a development site where a detailed botanical assessment isn’t necessary.
The report is set out in a plan and simple manner, that allows the reader to get straight to the issues – is there anything that will hold up my planning application? Do we need to undertake any further assessments before we can progress?
The scoping survey doesn’t include a full data search as standard, but will include a search for protected wildlife sites. If a full data search is needed, we’ll let you know straight away.
